JSDNY, Inc. organizes speed dating events to introduce adult singles to each other for love, friendship, business, or any other type of social relationship. These are the "Terms and Conditions"/"Legal Agreement" of JSDNY. By using the JSDNY.com website, joining its mailing list(s), or participating in its events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by JSDNY, Inc. at any time. Participant takes all responsibility and agrees to be solely accountable for not abiding by the Terms and Conditions as outlined in this “Agreement.”
All Participants must be 21 years old or older. Applicant(s) must carry and immediately provide proof of identity and age to our host.
By registering for one of our speed dating events You declare that You are single and not otherwise attached and available. JSDNY does not check the background or marital status of any Participant. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to perform these checks if desired.
JSDNY, Inc. will do its best to introduce single couples, but it does not guarantee that its services or efforts will result in “matches” as defined within the JSDNY web site nor will result in any future meeting or date with other Participants. JSDNY also does not guarantee that there will be any future dates, meetings, or contact between You and any of its Participants.
JSDNY, Inc.does not check the "Jewishness" or level of religiousness of any Partcicipant. If so desired, such checks are the responsibility of the Participant wanting such information. JSDNY does not discriminate against non-Jewish people and therefore any paying customer is allowed to attend our Jewish speed dating event.
At our event no Participant is allowed to ask for someone's contact information directly. You are not allowed to make any sexual, lewd, or inappropriate remarks. You are not allowed to ask any sexual, lewd, or inappropriate questions. You are not allowed to touch anyone in an inappropriate way or follow someone home. You are not allowed to loiter outside the venue after the event if the venue owner, manager, or staff have asked you to go away. You must immediately leave the venue if our host asks you to leave.
JSDNY, Inc. reserves the right to reject any Participant’s registration to any JSDNY, Inc. event for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund Participant's registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any JSDNY, Inc. event.
If an event is canceled or postponed you will be notified immediately by JSDNY, Inc., and refunded the money you paid to register for the event minus any credit card processing or bank transfer fees.
JSDNY, Inc. will not sell or misuse any Participant’s information. JSDNY, Inc. will provide only your “matches” with Your name, email, and phone number (as authorized by the Participant).
You agree that you will use the JSDNY.com website lawfully and ethically. Our website comtains copyrighted and proprietary information. No visitor or Partipant is allowed to download or share any images or text from our site. No visitor or Participant is allowed to recreate our website for personal use, that includes saving our website or in part on their hard drive or in a PDF or other file.
It is Your responsibility to take care of your property during and after our event. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property, or any property you may have left behind at any of our events. We will make our best effort to help you search/or report any stolen or lost property, or any property left behind, so as long as we have been notified of the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
All gift certificates must be purchased by a person of 18 years of age or more, and for a person of 21 years of age or more.
Our company's entire liability, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our service, at our option. We limit replacement to fifteen days. All remedies are limited to the United States. Limitation of refunds and exchanges: Participant must notify JSDNY, Inc. via email or phone to give prior notice of cancellation or reschedule. If Participant fails to show at our event and did not notify us of his/her planned absence within 5 days, Participant forfeits his/her admission and all refunds and transfers. Exclusion to rule at our option.
No monetary refund; Participant can exchange his/her admission ticket for the admission ticket of another event scheduled on same/different day & time with 5 days notice or Host's approval.
You agree to let JSDNY, Inc. give your phone number or email to your matches. Matches are the person or persons whose names you chose in your match card.
